Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions define the rules for using the Kwiaciarnia Miłość online store and placing orders for flowers, bouquets, flower boxes, event floristry and related services.

Orders
- Orders may be placed through the online store, by phone, or by email where agreed with the florist.
- The customer provides the information required to prepare and deliver the order, including delivery address, recipient details, delivery date/time window, and message card text if applicable.
- After an order is placed, the store may contact the customer to confirm details or arrange substitutions where required.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in PLN and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Available payment methods are shown during checkout. The order is processed after payment confirmation or according to the agreed payment terms.
Delivery and pickup
Delivery is available in Warsaw and nearby areas according to the delivery options shown during checkout. Personal pickup is available at ul. Puławska 38 lok. 39, Warsaw, during shop opening hours.
Fresh flowers and substitutions
Flowers are natural seasonal products. Minor differences in shade, bloom stage, or composition may occur. If a particular flower is unavailable, we may use a comparable flower of similar value and style while preserving the character of the arrangement.
Complaints
Complaints may be submitted by email, phone, or in person. Please include the order number, contact details, a description of the issue, and photos where relevant. We review complaints as quickly as possible, no later than within the period required by applicable law.
Right of withdrawal
Fresh flowers and personalized arrangements may be excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal where they are perishable or made to the customer’s specification. For other products, consumer rights apply according to Polish and EU law.
Intellectual property
Website content, photos, texts, and brand elements are protected and may not be copied or used without permission.
Final provisions
Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by applicable Polish law. We may update these Terms when business processes, technical functions, or legal requirements change.
